BREDESEN PROTOCOL AND SENS FRAMEWORK

Cognitive decline is a sub discipline of Alzheimer's research and so benefits from a vast amount of clinical research which covers almost every known facet of the mind.  The approach employed here will be based on a refinement of the well known "Bredesen Protocol".    https://www.drbredesen.com/thebredesenprotocol The Bredesen Protocol is the only treatment which has reversed cognitive decline safely and consistently in clinical trials.   This approach posits Cognitive decline as a multi-factorial systems problem and targets each system with a separate treatment in combination. PROJECT ZERO MIND INTRODUCTION

Are you aged over 35 ? Have you perceived yourself to be less sharp, more forgetful, less cognitively flexible and less open to fundamental change than previously ? Because neurodegeneration starts in mid life and gradually increases over time, many of us don’t notice this till our 50’s and beyond.   During this gradual process most of can manage fine with acceptance and mental heuristics. Such as refining learned methods further and couching our inflexibility as a necessary part of maintaining our responsibilities and socioeconomic position. But what if we could actually slow this degeneration ? Would we actually find our progress accelerating and in the process become less prone to obsolescence? Would our mind be in far better condition for the future ?
